3. PRODUCTS & RETURN POLICY

We offer freshly roasted coffee and carefully selected merchandise. Coffee is a perishable product and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error or quality issue with your order. Please contact us at tiberio@tiberio.store within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise and equipment (if unused) may be returned within 30 days. For full details, see our Refund & Support Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities per order.
