My grandfather, Tiberio, was a paisa in the truest sense: a dreamer, a tireless worker, a family man with a sharp sense of humor and an open heart. His legacy wasn’t just in what he built, but in how he lived —  always passionate, always ready for the next adventure.

We craft our coffees at origin, in the heart of Colombia, where the land is generous and the pace is honest. Each bean is a celebration of care, of time, and of the stories that grow between the rows. In a world that moves too fast, we chose the long road — guided by altitude, patience, and reverence for the craft.
