Coffee
Our coffees are carefully selected and roasted in small batches to maintain freshness and quality. As a perishable product, coffee is not eligible for returns. However, if there was an issue with your order, if you’re not satisfied with your coffee, or if you have questions about brewing or quality, our team is here to support you.
Please contact us at tiberio@tiberio.store within 30 days of your purchase — we’ll do our best to help.
If you’re dissatisfied with any non-coffee item in your order, feel free to reach out at tiberio@tiberio.store within 30 daysof your purchase.
Please note we cannot accept returns on used items such as grinders, kettles, or any product that shows signs of use.
